The VersaFit weighted vest is built with removable sand-filled weights that allow you to quickly and easily customize resistance. This weighted training vest is available in 10lb and 20lb weight options. Increase workout intensity by incorporating this weighted vest into cardio, circuit, or alternative training. Weighted vests add resistance similar to body weight, allowing individuals to train with minimal modifications to their natural biomechanics. This vest offers a range of resistance making it ideal for beginner athletes. Slide it over the head to position the weight evenly around the torso and then quickly secure it with the Velcro straps. Each weight weighs 1lb, and the wearer can customize just how much weight their vest contains.
