The Gill turned iron shot puts are a more durable and long-lasting shot put option at an economical price. These shots are made with machine-turned iron that is offered in multiple diameters to accommodate different hand sizes, and are much more durable than cast iron shots. They also hold chalk well, allowing them to be easier to grip, and are built to last multiple seasons without chipping. The 4k weight is certified for girls' high school (NFHS) play and women's NCAA and World Athletics competitions. The 12lb weight is certified for boys' high school competition. The 16lb weight is certified for men's NCAA and World Athletics events.
