The Varo RAP hittable baseball training sleeve adds 4oz to the bat during live hitting to develop swing speed (a 33/30 bat feels like a 33/34 bat). In addition to improving your bat quickness, this revolutionary training aid extends the life of your bat and reduces vibration for less bat sting during batting practice. The RAP stays on your bat during batting practice. The RAP features a proprietary ballistic infused material combined with taper and barrel weights that optimize the moment of contact and provide realistic ball flight off of the bat. The RAP is designed for youth (8+) to pro, and fits all types of baseball bats.
