The Wilson A2000 1912 infielder's glove is constructed with blonde colored SuperSkin™ that is twice as strong as traditional Pro Stock® leather but only half the weight. SuperSkin™ is also moisture resistant, extending the lifespan of the glove while also preventing it from getting bogged down by the weight of rain or wet grass. Wilson's craftsmen strategically place Pro Stock® leather and SuperSkin™ on this glove to benefit players. The SuperSkin™ material on the back of the glove reduces the overall glove weight and is easy to maintain. The A2000 12" glove features a cross web with 3X lacing, which allows infielders to increase their transfer speed while controlling the ball upon receiving it in their glove.
