Easton Incrediball SoftStitch softballs have a "cloth like", nylon cover that is ideal for practice and training indoors and outdoors. The reduced weight and soft construction make this ball ideal for winter training in indoor facilities.
Easton 11" Incrediball Neon SoftStitch Training Softball, A122608T Video Transcript: Today we're going to show you the Incrediball softballs from Easton. Easton makes two types of Incrediball that a lot of people may not be familiar with. There's a soft touch ball and a soft stitch ball. Both come in a 12 inch and an 11-inch ball. If you look closely here the biggest difference you'll find is that the soft touch ball has more of a vinyl cover and it has a real stitched seam on it. The soft stitched ball has more of a cloth cover and also has a real stitch on the ball as well. So that's really the biggest difference. The other main difference that you'll find is that the soft stitch ball is a little bit softer when compressed. You can see that it compresses a little bit more. It's a little bit lighter weight and a little bit different feel than the soft touch ball, so it's really kind of personal preference as to which one you would order as they both have their place. They're both suitable for both indoor and outdoor practice. The soft stitch has a little bit more of a restricted ball flight than the soft touch, but the soft touch cover feels a little bit more like a real ball. So you can decide which one is better for your practice facility.
