The Air Tom's versatility makes it a great tool to compliment your team's skill training and conditioning drills. Coaches can use the Air Tom in a variety of ways, such as in free kick or corner kick training, in spacing drills for field players, as well as for speed drills with or without a ball. The Air Tom is great to use for goalkeeper training too. It acts as a static defender that serves as an obstacle for goalkeepers during crossing and shooting drills.
