Standing 6'H, this life-size training defender provides a consistent visual and physical barrier that simulates an opponent during play. Unlike flexible training mannequins, its rigid construction creates authentic ball deflections and a more realistic impact when accidental contact occurs. This training tool supports free kicks, shooting drills, passing, dribbling, and defensive formations for coaches, clubs, schools, camps, and individual players. Constructed from high-quality UV-protected PVC, the mannequin is built for long-lasting durability and reliable outdoor performance. Four metal ground spikes ensure secure placement during training, keeping the mannequin stable while simulating an opposing player. Designed for grass use only, the Pro Training Mannequin is also compatible with the optional Soccer Innovations rubber turf base for training on artificial surfaces (see below).
