When will my order ship?
- Items marked “In Stock” ship same day if ordered by 2pm EST Monday-Friday. In stock items are noted on the product page (see example below).
- Items marked “Typically Ships” ship directly from the manufacturer. Shipping lead times from manufacturers vary and are posted on the product page (see below).


Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Currently, we only offer ground shipping on our website. If you need delivery by a certain date, please call customer service for expedited shipping options. Click here for ground shipping transit times from our warehouse.

How do I return an item?

- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link.
Where are you located? Do you have a retail store?
- Our headquarters is located at 2 Extrusion Drive, Pawcatuck, CT 06379. We do not have a retail store.
