Easy Returns - Order with confidence!
- You may return any new, unused item for a refund (refund excludes outbound and return shipping charges). Simply return the item with all product tags and the original product packaging within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees! Exclusions apply, see below.
- We will credit your original payment method for the product purchase price within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Customer is responsible for the return and original outbound shipping costs. If you need a different item (size, color, etc.) simply place a new order online and it will be processed ASAP.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE:
We recommend shipping your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. The carrier will provide you with the address label to place on your box. Please do not send COD. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility. Use the original shipping box if possible, securely tape it and remove or marker black out any barcodes or existing address labels.
Include a copy of your Packing Slip with your reason for return or a note with your Name/Organization, Order Number and reason for return.

If you received an RMA number from Customer Service be sure it is clearly included on the return shipping label.
Exclusions:
- Truck Shipments (large, palletized items) and products over $200 may be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Complete the form below or call 800-688-6709 to arrange return.

- Special/custom orders may not be returned for a credit.
- Baseball & softball bats and field hockey sticks must be unused with the plastic wrapper still on the product. Used bats or sticks cannot be returned under any circumstance. Warranty/Defective claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer, click here to view bat warranty information.
