Standing 6'4"H, this life-size training defender provides a realistic physical barrier that simulates an opponent in game-like scenarios. Unlike flexible training mannequins, its rigid construction creates authentic ball deflections and a more realistic impact when accidental contact occurs. This training tool also helps players improve shooting precision, passing accuracy, and decision-making under pressure. Constructed from heavy-duty UV-protected PVC, the mannequin is built for long-lasting durability and consistent performance during repeated use.
