The women’s weighted speed vest from LaceUp is a strength training aid specifically designed for women with the weights positioned below the chest and on the back. Soft knit nylon and neoprene material on the chest accommodates most cup sizes while the hook and loop straps at the back ensure a comfortable fit for waist sizes from 24" to 42". Adjustable straps at the shoulders further customize the vest to fit close to the body  and stay out of the way during exercise. A heavy-duty zipper at the front makes it easy to put on and take off the vest, while the breathable mesh weight pockets hold up to two of the the individual half-pound weights securely, ensuring they don't move during exercise. There are six weight pockets under the chest and ten in the back, making it easy to distribute the soft weights around the vest to suit specific training goals. Remove the weights to easily clean the vest in the washing machine.
