The All Star Anvil weighted catcher's training mitt is a multi-purpose trainier that uses added weight to improve receiving and transfer skills. Over 2 lbs of weight is evenly added to the thumb and pinky pads. This added weight helps strengthen those hard-to-get-to small muscles that help with receiving pitches quietly and speeding up transfer times for throwing out base runners.
