The 5'x5' multi-sport rebounder training net features a unique tapered design that is perfect for soccer, lacrosse, baseball and softball training. Practice your soccer ball handling, control and passing on the 25 sq ft return net surface. The dual training surface allows you to train on both sides of the net for two different types of return. The front side is designed for volley type returns that need to be handled mid-air with head, chest and thigh height returns. The back side is designed for smooth ground return training for working on receiving rollbacks or short hop returns. This rebounder is the perfect training tool if you want to practice solo at home or any at training space. The rebounder's metal frame and composite parts are backed by a 1-year warranty.
