The Champro 3lb weighted training basketball is designed to strengthen a player's fingers, wrists, and forearms for improved ball handling, passing, and rebounding. This regulation size 29.5" ball bounces and reacts the same as a standard basketball allowing for more effective training. This training basketball is built with a durable rubber cover that will last practice after practice.
