The Jaypro Electric Backboard Tork Winch TW-2000 is designed to provide smooth, dependable basketball backstop operation while ensuring maximum safety. Powered by a 1 HP, instantly reversing 110V single-phase motor with a 3-wire control system, it delivers 800 lbs of line pull at 11' per minute and is load tested up to 2100 lbs, giving gymnasiums peace of mind. The grooved drum supports 25' of cable travel on one layer or 45' on two layers, while its reinforced design and pressure roller ensure smooth cable tracking and consistent performance. Adjustable limit switches with a 3:1 drive provide precise, repeatable stop positions, and a 3-position key switch prevents dual operation for added operator safety. With built-in thermal overload protection and a maintenance-free composite worm drive featuring a self-locking brake, the TW-2000 offers long-lasting reliability, reduced upkeep, and secure holding power making it a cost-effective and worry-free solution for any facility. For added convenience, an optional mounting kit is available, which includes two 2" x 8" x 30" yellow pine mounting stringers finished with two coats of clear lacquer.
