An ideal solution for indoor courts, the Bison T-Rex side court portable basketball hoop allows gyms to easily add extra hoops for practice drills, intramural games or simultaneous use. The system's innovative extension spring counterbalance technology and a removable lift handle make raising and lowering the 42"H x 72"W tempered glass backboard simple and safe. Use this handle to also engage the wheels for easy transport and storage. This side court basketball hoop system offers a 5 1/2' safe play setback and a narrow 4" beam profile, allowing for added visibility and comfortable side court play. The welded base is fully enclosed, concealing the 800-pound ballast weight, and the system's pivot points operate on self-lubricating bearings and chrome-plated steel axles. The system comes equipped with a BA35S breakaway rim with a continuous net track, and an anti-whip nylon net. For an official look and added safety, it also includes 2" DuraSkin backboard padding. When it's time to store the system, the four easy-roll casters make transport and storage a breeze. The entire unit fits through any doorway at least 84" high and 78" wide.
