The All Star MVP2300 catcher's helmet is suitable for high school aged players. This helmet is made from a molded reinforced ABS plastic shell, making it incredibly durable and tough. This catcher's helmet features a heat-treated steel face guard. The I-Bar Vision guard design improves the sight line for a 40% greater field of view and protects the face from ball impact. The dual-density foam liner adds extra protection. The chin pad is contoured molded foam with a vinyl outer surface and a moisture-managing polycloth inner surface. The Ultra Cool ventilation system has 3D fabric mesh that pulls in cool air and expels heat and moisture to keep athletes comfortably cool. Unlike 2D synthetic cloth that passively wicks moisture, the patent-pending 3D construction transports moisture away and promotes the circulation of cool air around the player's head. This catcher's helmet is Aegis microbe shield treated to protect against bacteria, fungus, and related odors.
