The Bison T-Rex Coastal portable basketball system is a durable and versatile choice for both indoor and outdoor play, engineered with a hot-dip galvanized steel structure for superior corrosion resistance against harsh conditions, including humidity and salt spray. This tough hoop system features a 42" x 72" tempered glass or unbreakable polycarbonate backboard, a breakaway rim, and all-weather materials built to withstand extreme outdoor weather environments. Its extension spring counterbalance technology allows one person to safely and easily raise and lower the hoop, while self-lubricating bearings and chrome-plated steel pivot axles ensure smooth operation. With a narrow profile and a fully enclosed 950 lb. ballast to prevent tipping, this system also includes base and backboard padding for added safety and is simple to transport using its four floor-friendly casters.
