The Douglas D2 (Destroyer 2.0) is a removable back plate designed for the D2 series football shoulder pads and provides ample protection for the lower back. This 4" back plate provides an extra layer of protection to any athlete on the field, preventing injuries when collisions happen from behind. With multiple sets of grommets, this adjustable back plate can easily be adjusted up and down to suit each player individually. This back plate is designed for the Douglas D2 series shoulder pads, and may need additional modifications to fit other shoulder pads.
