The First Team economy competition breakaway rim is a budget friendly choice for junior high, YMCA, recreation centers, and churches. Designed to “breakaway” and protect the backboard from damage, this rim is a durable option that can withstand the weighted pressure from dunking and hanging. Included with this goal are a nylon anti-whip net that fits into the continuous net-locks along with all of the necessary mounting hardware for installation. This goal can be installed on all standard backboards with a 4” x 5” or 5” x 5” bolt pattern and meets institutional specifications including NCAA and NFHS.
