This Fisher pop-up dummy pops back up after contact, allowing for more repetitions and helping train players. It doesn't require a holder like other pop-up dummies as well. This football pop-up dummy is 6' tall, weighs 125lbs, and ships truck. The dummy itself is constructed with a covering of 18oz vinyl and also features four carrying handles for easy transport. The base is covered with 3 layers of 18oz vinyl, constructed from concrete, and filled with Styrofoam and a mixture of Tyrfill and calcium carbonate for maximum stability. It also contains a 5lb bag of shot for use as a weight. The base's protective coating also won't bruise or sting the lower body of players.
