The Jaypro 3" diameter hinged volleyball floor sleeves, PVB-70S (pair), are made from heavy-duty brass finish construction. Spring loaded covers help prevent basketball dead spots. The pair of ground sleeves is equipped with a unique tamper resistant locking feature.
