The Jaypro floating wood floor anchor combines a brass cover plate and a grout-set floor anchor to provide a 9000 lbs of pullout strengthfor Jaypro's 2nd floor volleyball net systems. Installed after the floor is completed, this anchoring system is secured with anchoring cement (not included) up to 8" below the floor surface for maximum stability. The solid brass cover plate allows for floor movement, and swings out of the way when opened with the included lift key. The anchor point features a spring-loaded self closing mechanism to keep out debris when not in use.
