Porter 42"x72" Center Strut Glass Basketball Backboard, Rim & Padding Package

The Center Strut backboard package from Porter is a competition-grade backboard, goal and padding bundle that is specifically designed to attach to any Porter Center Strut ceiling mounted basketball support and customizes to your team colors. The backboard itself is a rectangle of 1/2" tempered glass with the white goal line and border fired into the glass, ensuring it will never fade or chip. The glass is protected by neoprene shock absorption and a unitized steel frame, and the mounting holes are placed to minimize stress on the glass. The included Powr Flex competition goal fits neatly into the pre-drilled mounting pattern, and features a concealed shock and a competition-level flex rim built to handle high-engery play. The look is completed with the Pro Pad in your choice of colors, which fits around the bottom of the backboard to provide additional safety to players. The durable backboard pad installs easily using the included self-tapping screws, fits cleanly around both the goal mount and Center Strut mount, and resists cracking and tearing thanks to its integral skin polyurethane construction. The combined package meets NCAA (D2 & D3) and NFHS specifications.
