The Porter Expansion type floor anchor offers deep-set strength with a minimal footprint. At just 1-1/2" diameter, this floor anchor creates minimal disruptions to the floor surface. It extends up to 5-1/8" from the surface of a synthetic floor laid directly over concrete, or up to 6" from the wood floor over concrete. The threaded insert is replaceable in case of damage, and sits flush with the floor thanks to (6) 1/2 diameter washers.
