The Tandem volleyball elastic pass trainer utilizes durable elastic bands to prevent excessive upward arm movement when passing. The pass trainer attaches to the player's wrists and ankles with lightweight Velcro® cuffs that are designed to minimize ball contact interference. The elastic band and Velcro® attachments are easily adjustable to accommodate any passer's height. This is the perfect tool to practice technique, drills, and performance for all skill levels.
