The Buckee Sled from Rae Crowther is an innovative way to train offensive linemen to counter knockback, teaching them to target shoulder disruption of their opponent with locked arms. The H1 pads, outfitted in real shoulder pads and jerseys for an authentic feel, rotate realistically while the shock at the base of the pads provides additional lifelike resistance. Coaches and players get instant feedback on correctly executed moves, and the pads reset themselves to allow less time between users. The pads can be used for base blocks with a torque finish, up-kicks and up-posts, as well as traditional 2-man sled drills when the rotation is locked.
