The AAI Alpha Rocker handstand trainer is a versatile gymanstics tool for muscle conditioning for rings, parallel bars, and more. The rocking motion targets stabilizer muscles essential to handstands and grip skills. The adjustable stoppers control how far the trainer can rock, allowing increased or decreased difficulty as needed. The innovative grip bars are placed at an angle to reduce wrist stress, allowing longer training sessions. At 15 pounds, this rocker is heavy enough to be stable while in use, but light enough to move around the gym.
