The AAI padded beam mat provides a softer landing for gymnasts learning new skills and delivers a reliable, forgiving surface for repeated drills. Made with the same premium suede-like material as the competition beam itself, this mat makes transitioning back to the bare beam easier. The closed-cell sponge cushion helps reduce injuries while the non-slip underside material and hook and loop fasteners ensure the mat is securely attached to the balance beam.
