The Jugs baseball backyard batting tunnel net package allows you to have batting practice and perfect your swing in the comfort of your own backyard. This package includes an outdoor batting cage frame and polyethylene net measuring 65’L x 11’W x 11’H, a standard L-shaped protective screen to keep the pitcher safe, and a hanging backdrop to replicate the strike zone. The included twisted knotted black polyethylene netting is easily hung on the cage frame and is designed specifically for baseball and softball use. Knotted nets have a higher overall strength and durability rating making them superior for direct impact sports like baseball and softball. Twisted netting has a higher abrasion resistance than braided, because twisted has less surface area than braided. The polyethylene netting doesn’t absorb water, making it perfect for wet or humid hot climates. No permanent construction is required for the batting cage frame. The cage quickly dismantles simply unhooking the turnbuckles to lower entire cage to the ground.
