Putterman NoiseGard Quilted Panel Pickleball Noise Reduction System

The Putterman NoiseGard Quilted Panel System is a premium noise abatement solution for pickleball courts seeking to reduce sound impact on surrounding areas. As pickleball continues its rapid rise in popularity, concerns over noise pollution have increased. Sound levels from pickleball play are often recorded between 70 and 80 decibels (dB), which is approximately 20 to 30 dB higher than what is typical or acceptable for other court sports.

To address this issue, the NoiseGard Quilted Panel System (QPS) features a four-layer construction designed to reduce sound transmission by up to 30 dB and dampen reflected noise. The outer quilted fabric layer is weather-resistant and encases a synthetic acoustic filament batting that absorbs sound. Beneath that lies a 3mm, 1 lb/sq ft mass loaded vinyl layer for sound blocking, backed by a durable 17-ounce vinyl available in dark green or black. Each modular panel measures 3 feet wide by 9 feet long to fit standard tennis and pickleball fencing. Panels weigh 42 pounds, are 1.25 inches thick, and include 3/4" reinforced grommets on the top and bottom for easy installation using the included coated S-hooks (replacement hooks are available for purchase, see below).
