The Porter heavy-duty 6" square back-to-back basketball hoop is a super-duty double goal system ready to take on the roughest outdoor play. The 6" square upright and extension arms are constructed from 1/4" thick steel, providing rigid support for the two backboards while maintaining a 5 foot safe play zone. The post is buried over 4' in the ground in reinforced concrete to ensure that no amount of tough play or rough weather can move the goal. The backboards are made of perforated, galvanized steel to mitigate wind damage and prevent rust. The direct-mounted, double-rim goals are constructed from solid cold-rolled steel with an orange powder-coated finish and galvanized steel nets for long-term durability. The goal is reinforced to resist damage from players hanging on the rim.
