The Porter Ultra Breakaway competition basketball goal a perfect combination of safety and performance, featuring a positive-lock breakaway mechanism that complies with NFHS and NCAA requirements. The adjustable breakaway mechanism allows the rim to deflect downward under the pressure of a dunk, but retains the appropriate rigidity for perfect rebounds. The rim is supported by a 1/4" steel wing brace and is completed by a tube-tie net attachment system that keeps the net secure and fingers safe from injury. The Ultra Breakaway Competition goal includes an anti-whip net, moutning hardware and a 5-year limited warranty.
