The Pro Nine flat training bat features a flat barrel designed to help baseball and softball hitters maintain a level swing that stays in the hitting zone longer and squares up the ball consistently for solid contact. The flat barrel design is less forgiving than a regular bat to provide instant feedback for quick swing adjustments. When the ball is not hit squarely on the flat part/sweet spot of the barrel, a real-time correction provides effective hit training. This hitting aid is made of durable bamboo that is lightweight and an easy swing for both youth and adult players. Use this flat training bat during baseball and softball soft toss or tee drills with foam, wiffle, or tennis balls for best results. This bat is not designed for use with standard baseballs or softballs.
