Soccer Innovations 25mm Turf Speed Training Pole w/ Base

The Soccer Innovations turf speed training poles use 8", turf‑safe rubber bases weighing 2.5 pounds each to keep the poles stable during training sessions. These 1” diameter agility poles are bright yellow for visibility and stand 5' tall to give a more realistic defender presence. The sturdy black rubber bases make these coaching sticks suitable for indoors and outdoor use on grass or turf to develop speed, agility, ball control, and field vision. Combine with Soccer Innovations street cones (sold separately, see below) to create low hurdles, lay the speed poles on the ground for an agility ladder, or use upright for slalom and stutter step drills.
