The Spalding basketball practice shooting ring reduces a regulation goal diameter from 18" to 16", training shooters to be more accurate on their shots. The shooting ring also helps players add more arc to shots. Durable urethane mounts easily attach the shooting ring atop any regulation goal without harming it. The shooting rim features a orange powder-coat finish for protection against chipping, fading, scratching and wear. This is a great training aid for improving players' shooting concentration and confidence.
