The Spieth FIG International Horizontal Bar "Stuttgart" is designed with a flexible, break-proof rail made of high quality special stainless steel. The rail tension is consistent even with normal wear, reducing vibrations by half and providing a predictable reaction on dismount. This "Stuttgart" horizontal bar was used at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
