Champion 30' Speed & Agility Ladder

The Champion speed and agility ladder features 20 adjustable white hard plastic rungs with 1" wide black nylon web ends that have metal snaps on the ends, allowing for different training configurations. Two 5-yard sections can be snapped together to make the ladder 10 yards long (30'). This versatile training aid is used for improving agility, coordination, foot agility, foot speed, and balance. Vary the ladder's position to work linear and lateral movements and change-of-direction drills. When you are finished training, fold the ladder up and transport it with ease thanks to the included plastic carrying handle and nylon carry bag.
