Power Systems Versa Balance Disc

Add balanced-based exercises to your training regimen with the Power Systems Versa disc. The balance difficulty can be adjusted by varying the level of air pumped into the disc. Measuring 13.5" in diameter, this disc provides an unbalanced footing surface, making exercises even more difficult. The low 2.5" height increases safety; if you lose your balance, you just step off. The bottom of the disc is equipped with small nodules for use in rehabilitation and massage, while also helping to reduce slippage and stabilize the disc during use. The disc's strong PVC construction supports users up to 300 lbs.
