Gill's electronic measuring wheel features a steel frame design that makes it the sturdiest electronic measuring wheel in the world. This track and field measuring wheel features a comfortable, easy-to-use design that is built to withstand the most severe weather conditions. The swan-neck ergonomic handle is equipped with Gill's patent-pending "thumb-up" grip, which increases control of the wheel while decreasing wrist strain. The battery-powered electronic LCD screen displays seven digits up to 99,999 ft., 11 in. or 99,999.9 in tenths and metric. The LCD display casing is sealed to prevent rain damage and is backlit for low-light usage. Dust, dirt, sand, or other particles do not affect this measuring wheel's reliable input system, as the wheel's magnetic sensors ignore particles that can interrupt other measuring wheels. The counter requires two AA batteries to work (batteries not included).
