The Champion Outdoor agility poles are a set of four grass coaching sticks that spike into the ground for secure placement. These speed poles come in two pieces and screw together, making a rigid pole that can stand up to heavy contact. The metal spike and spring on the base let the spike move with contact, accurately simulating defensive players for dynamic drills. When practice is over, take the poles apart and store in the included carry bag.
