Comfortable, durable PVC hand grips and sturdy plastic foot stirrups with adjustable nylon straps and rubber loops. The power wheel moves in any direction to work your whole core and utilize range of motion. The wheel can be used with hands or feet in the stirrups. The power wheel is 14" in diameter, and weighs 6 lbs. This unit also comes with a training DVD to help you get started and provide workout options.
