Power Systems' 2-In-1 flip and plyo box combines traditional tire workouts with plyometric exercises to create a workout device guaranteed to build strength and endurance. This box is 46" in diameter and can be used for flipping, lifting, or other exercises normally performed with a tire. The difference is that this box also features a large, flat platform that can be used for plyometric exercises. The box is available in weights of 100lbs and 150lbs, and also features reinforced grips along the outer edge for ease of carrying.
