The Rogers Change Up BreakAway Double First Base Set makes it easy to convert fields with standard 1.5" ground anchors into a breakaway base system designed to help reduce player injuries. The modified HB-5 base plate is compatible with standard metal ground anchors (sold separately), eliminating the need for a new anchor system. The breakaway design allows the base top to disengage from the base plate during high-impact slides, while the double first base helps reduce collision risk at first base. Choose from four resistance levels, matching the force required to dislodge the base to the size and skill level of the players. Anti-skid stitching and ribbed corners assist in traction during base running while the high-quality, UV-resistant rubber ensures long-lasting durability.
