The Bison 5” Ultimate Jr. basketball hoop with aluminum fan backboard is a great option for playgrounds and outdoor recreational areas. The aluminum fan-shaped backboard is the most popular in the industry thanks to its rust-free and durable construction. The 5” square, 1/8” wall steel pole buries 3' into the ground with a 4” square extension arm, placing the face of the backboard 3' from the front surface of the pole and providing a stable support for the backboard. Heavy rear ribbing, a white powder finish, and an orange shooter square and border make this an attractive and long-lasting basketball hoop. The heavy-duty 5/8” steel flex rim is directly mounted through the backboard into the extension arm, eliminating virtually all stress during aggressive playground play. The rim is finished with a durable orange power coat and comes complete with a strong nylon net.
