The Gill hemp knotted end climbing rope is a high-quality 3-strand rope available in 4 lengths: 12’, 16’, 20’, and 24’. The rope is 1-1/2” in diameter and features a cast ductile iron top clamp for secure anchoring. The rope also includes a shackle attached to the top clamp and 5' of chain. The chain helps position the rope at the correct height by adjusting the location of the repair link that is in the chain. This climbing rope has a weight capacity of 700 pounds. Please note: The weight capacity for the whole unit depends on the installation method. It is recommended that you consult with an architect or structural engineer to verify the load capacity of the structure before attaching the climbing rope.
