The Gill S4 21'6" x 24' x 28" pole vault pit's edge-to-edge top pad provides an aesthetic and functional design that eliminates spike contact with the base unit and unevenness at the edge of the pit. This exclusive Gill feature increases the life of the pit and improves safety near the edges. The S4 is equipped with a soft, comfortable and durable 2" duralife foam top pad. The top pad's reversible design easily and safely allows you to use either side of the pad. Carabiner side attachments that connect the top pad to the base pads provide a safe, obstruction-free landing area for athletes. The all vinyl base on the S4 features a unique water resistant design that keeps water out of the pit more effectively than older model pits. The base unit sections are also reversible for maximum interchangeability. The base unit's quadruple duralife layer foam provides a comfortable and safe landing area for athletes. Over 100 vinyl casing and top pad color combinations are available on the S4. Multi-color graphics on the top pad and the weather cover (sold separately) are also available. The Gill S4 pole vault pit is backed by a 12 year warranty.
