The Porter Ultra Breakaway Elite basketball goal is a premier breakaway rim for use at the high school or college basketball levels, featuring a field-adjustable breakaway mechanism that can be accessed without removing the cover plate. The positive lock mechanism releases under the weight of a player, preventing injuries and backboard dammage durring a dunk. Select between two goal centers: 5" x 4" to 5" x 41/2" or 5" x 5" to fit a wide range of existing backboards. The 5" x 5" can also be used outdoors. The tube-tie net attachments secure the included net and prevent hand injuries from accidental contact when reaching for rebounds. The Ultra Breakaway Elite goal comes with an anti-whip net, mounting hardware and a 5-year limited warranty.
