The Rae Crowther 3-man Strike King sled is built to make every football practice block count, utilizing the innovative H1 Pads that combine real shoulder pads and a jersey on a high-density foam torso for an exceptionally realistic game simulation. Specifically designed to perfect all aspects of hand placement and control, the Strike King sled also features the integrated Hip Power Spring Technology (HPST) system which offers adjustable resistance catering to various skill levels. Adapt your drills with ease by adjusting the pad angle with a simple pull pin to 0°, 12°, or 20° to simulate different contact scenarios. This football training sled is ideal for perfecting "force deflection" blocking as it encourages players to use their hips efficiently and create an ascending line of force. Set wide at 56″ for pad spacing, this sled also offers a modular design for flexible sled sizing suitable to a variety of drills, including a run-through frame exercise. There are weight horns positioned on each pontoon for customized resistance on grass or turf and increased level of play. The 3-man Strike King sled is a highly adaptable tool designed to cultivate proper blocking mechanics and enhance player performance. Please note that the H1 pads included in this 4-man blocking sled are not weatherproof and should not be left exposed to the elements.
