This 7-man Strike King sled includes Rae Crowther's unique H1 pads, which feature real shoulder pads and jerseys mounted on foam torsos, promoting proper hand placement and ensuring practice strikes closely resemble game-day contact. Coaches can adjust the blocking sled’s Hip Power Spring Tech (HPST) system to fine-tune resistance for specific drills or player levels.  The pad angles are also adjustable to 0°, 12°, or 20° with a simple pull-pin mechanism. A vertical 0° lean is ideal for pass protection or linebacker drills, while the 20° forward angle is perfect for goal-line work and teaching the "wrecking ball" technique. The run-through frame further enhances drill variety, making this 7-man blocking sled suitable for a wide range of practice scenarios. The Strike King football sled features 56-inch spacing between pads for optimal player positioning and a modular design that allows for easy expansion or contraction as needed. Built for use on turf or grass, this football blocking sled includes weight horns on each pontoon so coaches can adjust the weight to match the surface, drill type, or athlete development goals. The H1 pad torsos are made with high-density foam covered in durable vinyl, and the rugged powder-coated black frame offers long-lasting performance. Please note that the H1 pads are not weatherproof and should not be left outdoors. They can be removed for indoor storage or protected using the included custom-fit H1 pad covers.
